The buzz is palpable as the stage is now set for the first-ever National Conference on Agricultural Journalism (NCAJ), slated to unfold amidst great anticipation in the heart of Abuja; Reiz Continental Hotel, Abuja, Plot 779, Cadastral Zone AO, Central Area, Abuja. As the nation’s capital gets ready to host this pioneering event, the organising committee is leaving no stone unturned to ensure a truly remarkable experience for participants.
The excitement reached new heights as a dazzling pre-conference dinner, held at John Wood hotel, which played host to an illustrious gathering of collaborators, partners, and sponsors. The air was charged with excitement and a sense of purpose as attendees mingled and shared insights on the pivotal role of journalism in shaping the discourse around agriculture. Prominent figures from media outlets such as FarmingFarmersFarms; and Prime Progress newspapers; and Journalism Communication and Media Centre (JCM Centre); the Nigeria Media Innovation Programme (NAMIP), and all things happening; were present, underlining the significance of this upcoming event, which underscores the aim of the gathering to do more than merely scratch the surface; but rather delve into the heart of agricultural issues and unearth their stories.
