The programme is designed to assist the Restaurant Manager in the proper and profitable running of assigned restaurants in line with the Company’s Standard of Operations (SOP). Applicants are expected to possess a Second Class Upper degree/Upper Credit in Higher National Diploma (HND). They are also encouraged to have passion for good food, as culinary skills is an added advantage, as well as demonstrable leadership skills.
