Food For Mzansi, an agricultural publication based in South Africa, is gearing up to host nine provincial Farmers’ Day events in the Northern Cape. The Farmers’ Day events have been designated to honour and celebrate the hardworking farmers of the Northern Cape provinces. The events will provide a platform for small-scale farmers and those, who are newly-entering the commercial farming sector to meet, network, and share their experiences. Attendees can look forward to gaining valuable insights, acquiring new skills, and exchanging knowledge to further develop their farming and agribusiness ventures. Expressing his excitement in anticipation of the events, a cattle farmer from the North West and the National Convener for Yard (Youth in Agriculture and Rural Development), Ipeleng Kwadi, explained that the Northern Cape Farmers’ Day is part of Food For Mzansi’s initiative to hold nine provincial farmers’ days.
